Choco-Lave Cake


Choco-Lava Cake


All you need
:-
  • Half Cup Wheat Flour
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  •  100 gms Chocolate
  • Half tsp Baking Powder
  • Half tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 50 gms Butter
Method:-
·         Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree.
·         Melt chocolate and butter in a bowl.
·         Beat eggs in a different bowl. Add sugar and blend it with eggs until the sugar dissolves completely.
·         Add Vanilla Essence into it.
·         Add chocolate mixture with eggs and stir them to mix properly.
·         Mix baking powder and Wheat Flour Flour together.
·         Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients together.
·         Grease the moulds with butter and sugar.
·         Pour the mixture in the moulds.
·         Bake it for 10-12 minutes and the delicious chocolate lava cake is ready

Tips:-
·         You can serve the chocolate lava cake with Vanilla or coffee Ice-Cream.
·         For adding extra moisture, you can add little milk.
·         For better taste, use original Vanilla essence.
·         Don’t fill more than ¾ of the mould.

Checks are something that we all have cherished in our childhood. I still remember the check jumpsuit, the beautiful check frock and the check skirts (I have worn for the longest time) that I used to have and I was missing them in my wardrobe since then. I was overwhelmed to see this beautiful check shirt in ONLY on the sale's rack. Checks with reasonable price and perfect fit was a wow moment for me.And yes,I bought it.
This is how I dressed my check shirt with Khaki pants and a multi colour flats. I am looking forward to wear this beautiful shirt in all possible ways I can.

Tips to wear Check Shirt:-

  • Wear your check shirt with leather jacket or pants to create a style statement.
  • Wear it with skirts or shorts to beat the heat in style.
  • Wear it over a dress and complete the look with statement jewellery.
  • Include check shirts in your formal wardrobe also.

Walk An Extra Mile

Its being a week that I have started my diet and I have already loss 2 kgs. I know you are amazed even I am amazed (Its difficult to reduce weight man!!) But somehow I managed to do it neither I was intending to loss weight so early and so fast nor I am on some GM diet but I guess it is because I don't have tendency to gain weight so easily (as I have always been slim before marriage or before my corporate job where I have to sit for the whole day) and some extra effort has made me loss easily. Still long way to go......

I know you all want to know what did I do to lose weight so quickly? Everybody is different and you have to treat them differently. It is very important to know what suits your body..
Honestly saying I haven't banned on anything, it is just I have reduced the quantity of food I am eating at one time. Here are some tips that can help everyone irrespective of different body types:-
  • Walk Walk Walk... Walking a mile can save you not only from fats but from diseases also. 
  • Watch what are you eating? and how much are you eating?
  • Reduce your three big meals to five small meals.
  • Drink water (Everybody knows that)
  • Avoid Junk food or Fast Food as much as you can but one in a while it is fine if you have it. You can have a cheat day or a cheat meal
  • Add proteins in your diet like fish, eggs, chicken and so on...
  • Cut down on carbohydrates. Reduce the intake of white rice and shift to brown rice. 

If you will follow these easy tips in your day to day life, you will not gain any extra fat.

Biggest Loser Will Win

If you are wondering what I am talking about then I am talking about a fitness contest that my company has organised for all its employees. It is not only for those who are over weight but it is for everyone who wants to remain fit and healthy. This contest is going to last for four months starting from 1st March and participation can be in a group of max five people or individually. And the biggest loser will get an exciting price. Isn't it great?

First of all, you will be benefited by losing that extra fat and over and above that you will be given prices.Wow, I think it is a great initiative to motivate people. Atleast it has motivated me to shed that extra kilos not for the price money but for the team spirit.Now, you must be thinking why do I need to lose weight? Actually, in last two years (after marriage) I have gained lots of extra fat. I was thinking to start workout but was very lazy to do so..
This contest has given me motivation and it is really fun to lose weight with others.
Now-a-days, most of the time we discuss about healthy eating habits and workout.And we are getting proper diet chart from a dietitian which I will be sharing with all of you very soon because style and fitness goes hand in hand :)

Lets join hands to remain fit and healthy.Remember that More is FUN
